Who we are
This site, agapaya.com, is operated by the team behind Agapaya. Agapaya is currently a trading name: full registered business details (legal entity, registered address and company number) are not yet published, and will be shown on this page before any paid product goes on sale here. You can contact us about privacy matters at [CONTACT EMAIL].
What we collect
- Email address — when you request a free printable or resource, we store your email address and which resource you requested, so we can send it to you and let you know about related resources. We do not collect a child's name, school, diagnosis or other sensitive information through this form.
- Cookies — see the Cookies section below.
- Purchases — if you buy a printable via Etsy or Gumroad, that purchase and any payment details are handled entirely by Etsy or Gumroad under their own privacy policies; we do not receive or store your payment card details.
Cookies
We only load non-essential cookies (such as analytics) after you accept them via the cookie banner shown on this site. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain. Rejecting cookies does not affect your ability to use the site or download free resources.
Analytics
We do not currently run any third-party analytics service on this site — no Google Analytics, no Plausible, nothing equivalent. We do keep our own basic record of which pages are viewed, stored on our own server; it records the page address and the site you arrived from, and deliberately does not record your IP address or a browser fingerprint, so it cannot be tied back to you. If we ever add a third-party analytics provider, it will only load after you accept cookies, and this page will be updated to name it.
How long we keep your information
We keep email addresses collected through the free-resource form until you ask us to delete them, or for 24 months of inactivity, whichever is sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Contact [CONTACT EMAIL] to make a request, and we will respond within 30 days.
Third parties we use
Etsy and Gumroad (marketplace purchases and delivery, under their own privacy policies); Hostinger (website and database hosting). If you create an account and generate a personalised printable, the details you type into that form are sent to OpenRouter, which routes them to an AI model provider in order to produce the printable; we do not send them your email address or any identifier alongside that text.
Children's privacy
This site and its email sign-up form are intended for use by adults (parents and caregivers). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
